UVA Children's Hospital offers total healthcare — everything from well-baby visits to heart transplants — and conducts breakthrough research in childhood diseases.

27th Annual Boar's Head Turkey Trot.  This annual Thanksgiving Day event, sponsored by Boar's Head Inn & Sports Club, is a fun way for runners, walkers, and participants of all ages to celebrate the holiday and support UVA Children's Hospital. Register now!

Cleve Brannock, winner of 2008 Harley Davidson Crossbones raffle  

Motorcycle Raffle Benefits University of Virginia Children's Hospital. On August 16, 2008, Cleve Brannock of Charlottesville, VA became the proud owner of a 2008 Harley Davidson Crossbones motorcycle. The motorcycle was autographed by Bruce Springsteen and the E-Street Band when they played at the John Paul Jones Arena in April 2008.

The raffle was organized by Log a Load for Kids and raised more than $50,000 to benefit the UVA Children's Hospital. Our very grateful and sincere thanks go out to all who made this happen!

 

 Telethon 08 final total shot  

UVA Children's Hospital Telethon. The 2008 Telethon was a huge success, raising $1.6 million to help fund a new Children's Hospital facility, renovations in the pediatric primary care center, pediatric research, and special comforts for hospitalized kids. The Klöckner-sponsored Walk for Kids played a major role in the Telethon's success, drawing participants of all ages. Mark your calendars now for next year's Telethon on May 30-31, 2009.
